Who we are
Limitless Global Technologies provides Eseller. For the personal data of the people who use our site and app (account details, requests, activity) we decide how and why it is used. For your company's sales data, we process it on your instructions to provide the service to you.
What we collect, why, and for how long

We keep only what we need and delete or de-identify it when the period ends. We do not need, and do not ask for, your customers' names or contact details.
Your consent
Where we ask for your email we ask you to agree first, and we keep a record of what you agreed to. You can withdraw consent at any time from the data requests page. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before, and some features may stop working.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, withdraw consent, make a complaint, or nominate someone to act for you if you cannot. Use the data requests page. Signed-in users can also download their data from Your data in the account menu. We aim to respond within 30 days and will confirm it is you before acting.
Complaints
Our grievance contact is at prithvi.k@limitlessglobaltechnologies.com. If we do not resolve your complaint you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Service providers and overseas processing
We use cloud hosting, an email delivery provider (for account confirmation and password reset emails) and an AI service provider to run the product. To write your daily briefing and answers, summarized numbers (totals by day, product and city, not customer details) are processed by our AI provider, which may be outside India. Providers act on our instructions. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Security and incidents
We use access controls, encryption of access keys, separation between companies and activity logs. If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires. See our Security page.
Instant demo
If you try the instant demo, we read the public homepage of the website you enter (and a store's public product list) to shape sample data, and we keep the address you entered for 90 days. We do not store the page itself.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed at children.

We will update this notice when our practices change and show the new version number.
