The service

Eseller provides reporting, alerts and AI-assisted answers based on the business data you connect or upload. It is provided during an early-access period and may change.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the right to connect the channels you add.

Your data

You keep ownership of your data. You allow us to process it only to provide the service to you. Access to your channels is read-only, and you can disconnect or delete at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or interfere with its operation.

AI answers

AI-generated answers are based on your data and may contain errors. Check important decisions before acting on them.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

Ending

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
